What is your returns policy?

At Original Kit Co, every item purchased through our Club Webstore is custom-made to order specifically for your club, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, if your item arrives faulty or not as ordered, we will happily repair, replace, or refund it in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We strongly encourage customers to double-check sizing and order details before completing their purchase, as once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@originalkitco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. All transactions are processed safely and securely through our online checkout.

When can I expect my items to arrive?

Each webstore is custom-built for your club, and turnaround times can vary. Estimated delivery timeframes are listed at the top of each webstore. Most orders will arrive to the warehouse 4–6 weeks after the webstore has closed and been finalised by your club. Once received, our team will count, pick, and pack the items before sending them on their way to you.

I have not received my order confirmation email

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please try the following:

  1. Check your junk or spam folder – sometimes it lands there by mistake.
  2. Confirm your email address was entered correctly during checkout.
  3. Still can’t find it? Reach out to us at info@originalkitco.com.au with your name and order details, and we’ll resend it for you.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a size chart in the item description—please refer to this before placing your order. Be sure to select the correct fit type (Youth, Men's, Women's, or Unisex) at checkout.

As a guide, our Youth sizing generally follows:

  • XXS = Size 4
  • XS = Size 6
  • Small = Size 8
  • Medium = Size 10
  • Large = Size 12
  • XL = Size 16

Are your sizes true to fit?

Our garments are designed with a slimmer, athletic fit, and generally run one size smaller than standard retail sizing. For example:

  • If you usually wear a Men’s Large, we suggest ordering an XL.
  • If your child wears a Youth Size 8, we recommend selecting a Youth Size 10.

Please refer to the sizing chart available on each product page for accurate measurements. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend going up a size for a more comfortable fit.
