IMPORTANT – HOW THE ONLINE STORE WORKS:

• The store will be open from: THURSDAY 27th MARCH - MONDAY 15th APRIL 9am 

• Once the store closes, all orders are processed together as a bulk order, this is how we keep costs low for everyone - THERE IS NO PICKUP AVAILABLE. PLEASE select STANDARD or EXPRESS for delivery.

• All items are PRE-ORDER ONLY, they are custom-made after the store closes, and there will be a 5-6 week turnaround for production and delivery. 

• No orders can be placed after the closing date, there will be no stock available at the club, so please make sure you get your order in during the two-week window.

• Note: If you see “Ready in 5 days” on the item, please ignore this, it’s an automatic system error we are working to fix. The correct time frame is 5-6 weeks after the store closes.

Why does it take 5-6 weeks?

To explain clearly, all orders are custom-made after the store closes. Nothing is produced before that. These are not ‘off-the-shelf’ items, they are made specifically for club members, which is why there is a turnaround time.
