ORDER DETAILS:
Store opens: Tuesday, 28th October 2025
Store closes: Sunday, 9th November 2025, 9 PM
All items are PRE-ORDER ONLY (custom-made after the store closes).
Lead time: Approx. 6 weeks from store closure.
No late orders will be accepted once the store closes. Please ensure that you order within the specified timeframe to avoid missing out. Reopening the store delays the entire production timeline, as all items are included in a single bulk run. To avoid unnecessary delays and ensure everyone receives their order on time, we need to strictly adhere to the ordering window.
DELIVERY OPTION
Please choose Express or Standard delivery to your address.
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Alternatively, if you select Pick Up, your order will be bulk delivered to the club (SPORTSPOWER INVERELL) for distribution.
NOTE
Once the store closes, production will begin, and the 6-week lead time will start from that point. This is the reason you don’t receive your order immediately after purchase; production only starts after the store has closed, not when you place your order. Make sure to order before it closes.
Please double-check your order before checkout.
If the wrong quantity or sizing is placed, you’ll need to submit a new order with the correct details. We’ll then cancel and refund the original order.
Please note that refunds may take a few days to appear in your account, so we recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
